Dallas Nurse Amber Vinson is now Ebola free sources report. Amber was the second Dallas nurse to become infected after treating the first Ebola patient to die on U.S. soil. She will continue to receive treatment as she regains strength. The biggest concern about this situation was when it was found out that Amber had boarded a round trip flight from Dallas to Cleveland before aware she had the virus. Her colleague Nina Pham is still receiving treatment for the virus.

Yesterday reports were going wild surrounding YMCMB’s Tyga speaking against his label any saying how he doesn’t get along with Nicki Minaj and Drake. He expressed how he would like to go independent and that he think Drake is fake but he likes his music. Well Drake decided to go on Instagram late last night and “liked” several pictures of Tyga’s baby’s mother Blac Chyna. Does this seem like a publicity stunt or is their really issues within the YMCMB camp?

Fashion designer Oscar de la Renta passed away on Monday after a long battle with cancer. The cause of death is not known yet but he was 82 years old. Oscar became a household name when he started designing gowns for former first ladies like, Nancy Reagon, Laura Bush, and Hilary Clinton. Oscar has also made a name for himself by designing for Oprah Winfrey and Cameron Diaz.

More break ups continue to emerge as “Cuffing Season” has arrived! Jordin Sparks and Jason Derulo reportedly have broken up and gone their separate ways. The two have been dating since September 2011 and were engaged last year but the two just couldn’t hold on any longer *cues awwws*. Sources say that Jason has been seen with a side chick by the name of Carmen Ortega. Although I have seen pictures of the two you never really know what is going on. Sources say that Jordin knew about the affair but decided to stay with Jason because he was her first. Girl ….

Wiz Khalifa finally speaks on his divorce! Pretty much Wiz is saying the divorce was over before Amber Rose caught him with another woman in bed. His statement clearly was “I just didn’t want to be married to her anymore.” Wiz doesn’t really believe he was cheating and explains how he already told his friends weeks before that the marriage was over. Amber is trying to earn over a million dollars from Wiz from a prenuptial agreement the two signed prior to marriage, she also wants full legal and physical custody of their one year old child Sebastian. Ja Rule says men wearing shirt- skirts is part of Hip Hop now! I know you have seen the fashion changing or repeating itself all the time, but lately in Hip Hop men have taken things a new route and embrace some sort of “feminization.” With male rappers wearing kilt skirts, painting their nails, using new words, and wearing shirt-skirts from a distance you might think something off the wall. Ja Rule addresses this topic and says “You know what? If You wanna shirt-skirt, go head get you a shirt skirt. Cause this is your generation.” Ja Rule says he does look back at some of his old pictures and wonder what the hell he was wearing then but he says it is apart of being young and growing up. Ja also adds that he doesn’t think this generation is looking at it as “feminine” but more so “fashionable.” Honey I’m all for fashion and please believe I am all for anybody expressing themselves through clothing, but grown men just should not be painting their nails anything but clear. I’m not even sure I’m okay with clear. LOL!

The NFL decided to cut Rihanna’s performance for CBS’s Thursday Night Football. Four days after Ray Rice was terminated due to domestic violence the CBS Sports Chairman Sean McManus says “We thought journalistically and from a tone standpoint, we needed to have the appropriate tone coverage.” The decision was most likely made due to Rihanna and Chris Browns domestic violence case a few years ago. The musical opener was replaced by a discussion with Roger Goodell’s recent comments about Ray Rice. Hm….

Does she or does she not? Word has been spreading that Iggy Azalea has a sex tape out! The Australian rapper claims that it is not her at first but now her legal team is now saying it might actually be her. The tape is being shopped around specifically to Vivid Entertainment by an ex boyfriend. Vivid Entertainment was behind Kim Kardashian and Ray J’s sex tape and the offer is seven figures for Iggy. Let’s wait this out and see what happens …

Vibe Magazine is no longer going to be printed! While the company employs over 100 people they have laid off 19 people in a “reduction of force.” Vibe will focus on the internet and their online property. I used to get Vibe Magazine in the mail and I loved that magazine so this is a big change over to digital! Vibe was founded in 1993 by Quincy Jones.

Both Drake and Lil Wayne have been changing the game with special edition pairs of Air Jordans. Lately a pair of Drake’s OVO Air Jordan 12 was spotted on eBay with a crazy price tag. The OVO 12’s are all white and a size 9 and can be bought now for $12,000. Will you be dropping $12,000 for this pair of shoe? … lol Chile…

Last night before Nicki Minaj hit the stage for #FashionRocks she tweeted out that The Pink Print would be released on 11.24.2014. “What’s next is just a classic album. That’s all I can think about right now.” Nicki has said about her upcoming album. The album comes just in time a day before Black Friday. A smart move that could generate tons of sales. Let’s just wait and see what this album does!

A day after the Ray Rice video came out hitting his then fiancee Janay Palmer in the face. The incident was caught on camera in a hotel elevator. This caused the Baltimore Ravens to release the running back from the NFL but Janay Palmer has chosen to defend her now husband. After the incident happened Janay chose to forgive and marry Ray Rice. The Baltimore Ravens knew about her position but caught a lot of flack when the Ravens posted a tweet about the situation yesterday. Janay says that she feels the incident cost her husband his job.

I guess the saga continues when it comes to the “Drake vs Lil Wayne” tour because now the two reveal never before seen Air Jordan 3’s. Drake and Lil Wayne have been seen wearing the sneakers your see in the above picture lately. Both Jordan’s hve a sunset gradient on the laces and inner lining pretty similar to the color scheme of their tour logo. It might be predictable enough that the insole is stamped with “Drake vs Lil Wayne” like the previous pair the two have shown. Stay tuned on these kicks! Would you buy them?

Good news for Gucci Mane! His 39 month jail sentence will include the year he has served so far! An entire year has been shaved off of Gucci’s jail time. The decision has been reversed by an Atlanta judge and he will be released in December 2016. Gucci plans on still releasing projects from jail leading up to his return to freedom.

Atlanta Hawks owner Bruce Levenson has announced that he is selling his shre of the team after he admitted to writing an email two years ago that contained racially-insensitive remarks about fans. He was quoted saying..

“Over the past several years, I’ve spent a lot of time grappling with low attendance at our games and the need for the Hawks to attract more season ticket holders and corporate sponsors,” Levenson said in a statement Sunday. “Over that time, I’ve talked with team executives about the need for the Hawks to build a more diverse fan base that includes more suburban whites, and I shared my thoughts on why our efforts to bridge Atlanta‘s racial sports divide seemed to be failing.

“In trying to address those issues, I wrote an e-mail two years ago that was inappropriate and offensive. I trivialized our fans by making cliched assumptions about their interests (i.e. hip hop vs. country, white vs. black cheerleaders, etc.) and by stereotyping their perceptions of one another (i.e. that white fans might be afraid of our black fans). By focusing on race, I also sent the unintentional and hurtful message that our white fans are more valuable than our black fans.”

“I’m truly embarrassed by my words in that e-mail, and I apologize to the members of the Hawks family and all of our fans,” Levenson said. “To the Hawks family and its fans, you have my deepest gratitude for the past ten years. Working with this team and its extraordinary executives, coaching staff, and players has been one of the highlights of my life. I am proud of our diverse, passionate, and growing legion of Hawks fans, and I will continue to join you in cheering for the best team in the NBA.”

Okay so Chris Brown is on the cover of Billboard magazine! Pretty much Chris has come to the realization that his past actions were pretty bad on his character and his music. The headline on the magazine reads “Maybe I Was Out Of Control.” and Chris goes on to elaborate on jail, Rihanna, and his new album X coming soon. Chris was quoted saying …

“I realize that what I do for a living opens my life to public scrutiny and that I have a responsibility to everyone because of that exposure… I can say that I am only human and I have made mistakes. The Migos are living up to their song “Fight Night” after getting into a brawl with fans at a recent show in Nashville. The trio was performing when sources say a member got their gold chain snatched while he was on stage. Things turned ugly and police were eventually called to the scene. No one was injured.

Chile…..Cee-Lo Green gets three years probation for his two year old ecstasy case. Don’t know what happened? WELL …a woman filed a sexual assault charge on him in 2012 saying the two went out and she was with Cee-Lo drinking and the next thing she knew she was waking up in his bed. Honey…The woman can’t remember a thing and says that Cee-Lo slipped her ecstacy. Cee-Lo plead not guilty to the charge. He chose to plead no contest which allows him to maintain his innocence but he still has dues to pay. The man has to perform 360 hours of community service and attend 52 AA meetings with a private therapist. Honey watch your drink at the bar….OKAY?!

Good ol’ Oprah better be working on that pimp hand. She will be portraying Richard Pryor’s grandmother Marie Carter in the upcoming biopic on Richard’s life. Richard Pryor was raised by his grandmother, but the grandmother was a madam of a whorehouse. Oddly enough Richard’s mother was a prostitute in his grandmothers whore house. SCANDAL you say? Honey I agree! Omar Epps will be playing Richard Pryor instead of Nick Cannon. Recently this role was switched. Will you see the movie when it comes out? I will! I can’t wait to see Oprah smack one down! Dramaaaaaaa!

Beyonce’s father Matthew Knowles is making news for hinting that the Beyonce, Jay Z, Solange elevator drama was calculated and done to generate sales. Honey I wouldn’t doubt it! Matthew went on down to Houston’s 104.1 radio station and dropped some tea. He was quoted saying …

Honey did you see the 2014 MTV VMA’s last night????? If you didn’t you missed a good eye blessing! Let’s get right on into it…kicking the show off was Ariana Grande with her song Break Free and then transitioned into Nicki Minaj performing Anaconda! Nicki came out in what looked like an ode to Poison Ivy. There was no six foot long anaconda that was rumored to be out during the set, but there sure was a WHOLE lot of BACK from BABY …OKAY?! Next after Anaconda came “Bang Bang” and Jessie J proceeded to sing her heart out with Ariana Grande, but this time Nicki Minaj had a wardrobe malfunction which she held together very nicely. There was a ghost whispering some where saying “let it go” as she held on to her dress for dear life.

The evening was pretty much decent. I must give an applause to Iggy Azalea for not moving around to much. Nobody really wants to see her dancing so her team did a good job of keeping that toned down. Iggy sticks to poses when she performs. Chile….moving on Usher came out dancing like a machine honey. I wanted to jump into tv land and give him oxygen myself. The R&B singer delivered a great performance of She Came To Give It To You and brought Nicki out for the feature.

Is is just me or did Rita Ora seem very “hype” last night? Wonder what that was all about. Taylor Swift gave some yawns although the crowd loved her performance. There could have been more excitement, and what’s with people wearing leotards. At one point I thought I was watching gymnasts at the Olympics. A great highlight from last night had to have been Jim Carey and Jeff Daniels serving Dumb and Dumber.

There were some moments when the urban community probably turned the channel but everyone was anticipating the Beyonce performance. Beyonce came through and did songs off of her album but teased everyone with not even 10 seconds of Flawless remix which would have been the best part of the night for the women. Beyonce pranced on stage, threw her hair, and let everyone know who Queen B is. Of course MTV put the camera on Blue Ivy and Jay Z during Beyonce’s performance and you could see that Blue is the spitting image of both of her parents but don’t you think shes really starting to look more like Jay Z now? Anyway Jay Z presented his wife with the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award and had Blue Ivy on his arm.

The two kissed to show the world their marriage is fine but it kind of seemed awkward like the Michael Jackson and Lisa Marie Presley kiss that seemed like a publicity stunt.

…….Remember that? Beyonce teared up when she accepted the award, said a few words and dashed off the stage. Chile…I needed more drama and scandal but I was satisfied with what I saw! Mtv you sure did come through! Yasssss!

Chile if that’s not throwing shade I don’t know what is…Kevin Hart makes the news for proposing to his girlfriend during the debut of Atlanta Exes. Now Kevin has taken to the media and made claims that he did NOT do it on purpose but, c’mon my black brother you know exactlt what shade you threw. OKAY?! Now Kevin went on to surprise his girlfriend Eniko Parrish during her 30th birthday bash. Funny man Kevin Hart got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. Of course she said YES! Could the timing have been better or was this just…a nice thing to do?

Ray J is back in the news following charges of sexual battery, vandalism, battery on a police officer, and resisting a peace officer. Ray J was accused of touching a woman inappropriately. The police seemed to agree that the actions were accidental but the polcie had to carry Ray J away and that’s when Brandy’s brother created a scene. Ray J pleads NOT GUILTY and his preliminary hearing is set for August 28th. Stay tuned….

Top Dawg Entertainment aka TDE is planning a global tour for next year. Word on the street is they are also coming to a city and town near you. Four of the artists have dropped projects in 2014 but do you want to see them on stage? Jay Rock and Kendrick Lamar are also dropping albums later on in the year. Do you listen to TDE? Chileeeeeeeeeeeee … word on the street is Meek Mill is NOT being granted a hearing for his probation violation and will remain in jail until October. Earlier in the month reports said that Meek Mill had been sentenced to 3-6 months in county jail after a probation violation. Label owner Rick Ross jumped to give a response saying that Meek’s jail time would only be a few weeks but it seems that not even Ross had the final answers about the situation. The rappers legal team had a petition for an emergency court date thinking he would get out of jail as soon as possible. The request was denied. Meek Mill’s legal team says that he as done nothing that could warrant his probation being revoked. Today Meek pleaded for parole from his ongoing sentence but was denied. The judge ordered the rapper to take anger management and parenting classes, then said the earliest he would be released is October 11th. Will you still support Meek Mill and MMG? Will you listen to his new album when it drops? *Rick Ross grunt*

Jay Z the Jigga man proceeds forward and now Roc Nation Sports has obtained a boxing license. Along side 50 Cent and his SMS Promotions, Jay Z and his own Roc Nation Sports will be promoting boxing matches and also sign boxers. According to sources Roc Nation Sports has been working on this move for more than 8 months. Roc Nation does not have any signed boxers yet but has signed David Itskowitch to be its boxing division’s chief operating officer.

Rapper Nelly makes news today and has been criticized by some of his hometown residents for not actually visiting Ferguson, Missouri where #MikeBrown was shot and killed over a week ago. After speaking on the issue in interviews and at a celebrity football game, Nelly finally visited Ferguson. Nelly spoke words to a crowd in Ferguson and said the people need to remain peaceful. Also the rapper stated that they should look at their own actions. Nelly spoke through a bullhorn. The rapper was quoted saying .. “There’s more doctors. There’s more lawyers. There’s more teachers. There’s more black billionaires. There’s more black millionaires. You got options brothers and sisters. We got to understand we got options and stop choosing the reaction option.” The crown gave applause and shouts of agreement during the speech. Some onlookers asked Nelly what was his plan moving forward, and someone responded to Nelly from when he told the people “You got options” and said “You got options, – you’re rich.”

Protests continue for #JusticeForMikeBrown in Ferguson, Missouri.
