50 Cent is now independent and has signed a distribution agreement with Caroline, the independent label at Capital Music Group. Capitol is one of the many labels that are part of Universal Music Group. Eminem and Dr. Dre had a good relationship with him and allowed him to leave the label even though 50 owes one more album. 50 is still under Universal’s umbrella but have allowed 50 full creative control with his projects. They still support him as far as distribution goes. Sounds like good business.

I guess those lyrics came to life huh? Kinda sorta? Now you know 50 Cent is the wrong one to play with! In response to Steve Stoute making comments about 50 not making music that is influential anymore, ya boy 50 decided to release a video that made me burst into TEARS! FUNNY STUFF! People that aren’t from New York don’t understand New York humor. You can try but…anyway 50 Cent confronted Steve at a ball game and got in Steve’s face in front of all those people. I hope Steve had the answers!
Personally I don’t think 50’s run is over. He’s too powerful. You can continue to sleep on him though. Did I mention he has a deal now with NASCAR? That should speak for itself. Carry on! LOL!

THIS is the news I was waiting on!
It appears there are some stories floating around that 50 cent and Rick Ross might have ended their long time beef. I love both artists. I think they both have a strong hand in the music game. Ross and Jeezy put the drama away for War Ready! It leaves me to wonder what will a 50 cent and Rick Ross track sound like? According to some pictures that I took a screenshot of, it looks like DJ Khaled is in the mix. Will this track make Ross’s album Mastermind for it’s March 4th release or will this track be for …something else? 50 Cent is a pretty funny guy when it comes to being slick but he is a very smart business man. Ross took things by storm by playing chess in the industry. I wonder where this is going. Hm.. I just got excited!

NEW YORK CITY! Now this might not be what everybody wants to hear, but its different from the same ol’ same ol’, you can’t knock that. You thought it was over for the sound but don’t forget where Hip Hop Mecca is! The south has had reign over radio waves with the party scene for a while but you need balance in this industry. Looks like the North side is creeping back regaining power strategically. Everything isn’t one big party! Get back to talking that real on record!
