Chris Brown was released from Los Angeles county jail early this morning (June 2nd). Chris was sentenced 131 days in May for being kicked out of court ordered rehab..that was a probation violation. The judge credited 116 days Chris spent in rehab as a part of his sentencing along with 59 days served in jail. He must complete his community service and still has to face charges for a separate alleged assault in Washington, DC.

Nas brought out 50 cent last night at Summer Jam hosted by Hot97 and G-unit made a return on stage. YES G-UNIT! Not just Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks …but YOUNG BUCK TOO! If you know the groups history you would be in shock too! The only former or old member that was not present was The Game. The group has not dropped an album since 2003 (Beg For Mercy). The crowd still knew all the words from the songs way back when. 50 Cent performed new songs off of his new album Animal Ambition dropping June 3rd (Tomorrow) Great moment for hip hop! I did not expect to see Young Buck on that stage.

Justin Bieber made a negro joke at the age of 15, BUT the footage was caught on camera. SMH. his camp and Beliebers was unaware of the footage apparently and even though they tried to keep the footage under wraps, Justin issued an apology! Who does Justin blame? HIS YOUTH!

Here is his apology: As a young man, I didn’t understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt. I thought it was ok to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn’t realize at the time that it wasn’t funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance. Thanks to friends and family I learned from my mistakes and grew up and apologized for those wrongs. Now that these mistakes from the past have become public I need to apologize again to all those I have offended. I’m very sorry. I take my friendships with people of all cultures very seriously and I apologize for offending or hurting anyone with my childish and inexcusable mistake. I was a kid then and I am a man now who knows my responsibility to the world and to not make that mistake again. Ignorance has no place in our society and I hope the sharing of my faults can prevent others from making the same mistake in the future. I thought long and hard about what I wanted to say but telling the truth is always what’s right. Five years ago I made a reckless and immature mistake and I’m grateful to those close to me who helped me learn those lessons as a young man. Once again….I’m sorry.
