September 14, 2013 Gucci was arrested in Atlanta, Georgia. He was carrying a loaded hand gun and a small amount of that dank.

On December 3rd Gucci was indicted on two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon. If convicted he could face up to 20 years in prison.
